Since you have not mentined your domicile so I am assuming you to be a Delhi General candidiate and since you have achieved a good rank you would get a good college fo BPT which comes under IPU

BPT is a 4 year undergraduate degree course in medical and healthcare. The course includes the art of preventing and curing body's pain and functioning.
For admission to this course, you should be eligible according to these conditions :

You must be of minimum 17 years of age.

As per my knowledge NEET offers admission only to medical colleges like mbbs ,bams, bhms, bums etc.
It's not required if one wants to opt for bpt.

You cannot get a doctorate degree after completing your bachelor's of PHYSIOTHERAPY . To do PhD in Physiotherapy, you have to complete MPT with 55% marks. The candidates should appear for an entrance test and interview for the PhD admission. The PhD in Physiotherapy program
