Hey,
It is not necessary for you to clear NEET entrance exam.
The course can be pursued after successful completion of the 10+2 level of education from a recognised institution.
There are many good and well known University where the general eligibility criteria for admission in B.Pt is to pass with a aggregate of 60% or more, with English physics chemistry and biology as compulsory subject.

but where should i register myself to get a seat in a college for bpt?

Directly go to the College or contact the college through call. There is no common registration. It is individually done.
