I believe State of Karnataka has excellent Medical Institutes which come at a lower cost and provide quality education besides having excellent facilities and infrastructure. Some of them being St Johns Medical College, JNMC Belgaun, KIMS Bangalore and MS Ramaiah Medical College. The fees for most of these Institutes lie between 6-8 Lakh per year, however varies each year. KIMS Bangalore has the least at 1.15 lakhs per year, however the competition is high, as it is the best institute under ComedK. For counselling you must register yourself in the COMEDK UGET Counselling and act according to the procedure. As far as cutoff is concerned, I believe having a 480-500 in General Category ensures you a seat in one of the 10-12 Good Medical Institutes under ComedK.
Besides Karnataka Medical Schools the following schools too have a comparatively lower cutoff than AIIMS and other Government Institutes at around 500-600 besides having low fees.
Terna Medical College Navi Mumbai
Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences
KIMS Bhubaneshwar (IMS&SUM)
Aurobindo Medical College Indore
CMC Vellore MAMC Delhi

Hello,
From your profile it seems you belong to Delhi, last year 613 Marks secured a seat in Lady Hardings Medical College for UR under state quota, the chances seem tough as the cutoffs are quite high, and as this year paper was easy, so evidently cutoffs will increase too much, you may explore other options in terms of private colleges or deemed university, to know more about admission possibilities in various colleges you can use our NEET College Predictor; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hi,
The cut off of colleges vary every year so an a accurate prediction is not possible. The marks seems not enough for AIQ seats .Based on previous year data you have chances in state quota government seats of following colleges
You have also chances in state quota government seats of following colleges for BDS
You also have chances in other private college seats. The fees vary every year so an accurate prediction is not possible. In government seats the fees is lower. To know your chances in courses and colleges accurately please use college predictor given below
