But if you are particular about MBBS, then you might have to try under Management quota only where the fees will be around 20 lakhs and more. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hi aspirant,
In your case, Hyderabad-Karnataka quota won't be helpful since your NEET score is not sufficient for a seat through government quota that is 85% state quota. However, it seems like you may have a chance of getting an MBBS seat through management quota, but you won't get a low budget seat. Expect the fees to be Rs 35 lakhs and above for your MBBS course. You can expect to get a management seat at Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore, BGS Institute of Medical Sciences, Kengeri etc.

Based upon the marks that you have scored, you may have a rank in the range of 73337-81607. With this rank and your category you have better chances for private colleges and MBBS Deemed Universities under 85% State Quota. The OBC cutoffs are very much near to the general category cutoffs and are almost similar. Regarding low budget, private colleges always have higher fees than government colleges, the fees differ for each colleges but are comparatively higher.

Hey dear, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs colleges, so with 395 marks you won't get an mbbs seat for sure in a govt. College, although you can try for bams and bhms courses, you will have chance in it. And as far as private colleges are concerned you can easily get admission there but with high fees. You can also predict your college through this link:
