Yes, you should definitely participated in TNEA, inspite of studied in rajasthan board. But you should be cleared the exam . And the seat allocation is total northern region is 11. Between 11 , 9 are in general category and rest of 2 in sc /st category.

If you calculate your rank by using rank formula then your rank will come around between 1.3-1.4

So, with this rank CSE is bit difficult.

There will be no practicals again, board will keep your previous practical marks only which you got last year. You just have to appear for theory exams and for that you will get the admit card which you can download from board's official site .
