NTA accepts partial improvement. The board will consider the subjects in which you have scored high comparitively to other subjects along with PCM.
So you can do your best increase your score and percentage.
Try to improve PCM as they are the main subjects taken into consideration.

You have to write appearing. If you give appeared then you have to change your marks again and it will be a mistake. So just give the correct details and give appearing and go on filling the form.

IIM Indore has removed the criteria of Maths as a compulsory subject for selection to IPMProgram. Hence, a student without maths is eligible to apply to the program. So you need not to worry for not having maths.
