Hello Abdul,
As we are all aware of the current pandemic situation ,india has faced a great setback from the 2nd wave of covid-19 so the central universities reopening decision will solely depend on the states respectively looking at the situation at their states particularly.
So, as per the experts third wave will also hit india in October approximately so it is very difficult to say when it would open. The devastation created from 2nd wave ,looking at this the states will think 10 times of reopening the central Universities.
Dear aspirant
I hope you are doing well
it is quite difficult to say because with increased number of covid cases government won't allow to open universities, colleges but now the situation is normal so there is a good chance to opening it there will be a good possibility it will be open in July or august .i recommend to keep eye on new guidelines.
Thank you
