You can appear in JEE mains after completing the diploma but you will not get admission in NITs and CFTIs. You will have to qualify JEE advance after qualifying mains and will be given admission like 12th standard students.

With the above marks in the subjects and jee main ,you can get rank between 3-4 lakhs.And colleges available for ranks between 3-4 lakhs are thapar institute of technology,and some nits like nit bhopal,nit allahabad.It is difficult to get good government college with this rank,but still you can keep
