My jee advanced score is 51 in 2018. Physics 43, maths 22 and chemistry -14. Should I drop a year for iit, I am getting VJTI college also

I would like to suggest you that if you are getting your preferred branch in VJTI and you are satisfied then dont drop a year. If you really aspire to study in IIT then drop a year and go for the MAINS exam again next year. So think once again and then take a decision.

At VJTI, only good thing is campus placement.
Companies like Morgan Stanley, Samsung , Siemens, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Cisco and many more great companies still visit for campus recruitment here.
But you have scored better and you have to improve chemistry.Better drop one year to take admission at IITs.
