No you will not be eligible for NEET UG because there should be Physics and Chemistry in your curriculum of class 12 and suppose if Biology is additional or main then it would work but Physics and Chemistry should be there so if not then you are not eligible for NEET UG.
For your reference NEET UG eligibility criteria is given below :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.

Dear applicant to clear the prelims exam of UPSC there is are few compulsory subjects which require your utmost attention like History, Geography, Political Science, Sociology, General Science which includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics etc. But yes for general science you don't need years of practice of Science but only require your 10th knowledge for the betterment of the subjects. If you are weak in Physics, Math, and Chemistry and want to pursue career in computer science then I would like to inform you that you not pursue it from government colleges because government colleges have high competition with very less seats but yes you can pursue it from various private college. And also at least having Basic knowledge of Mathematics subject is required for this course.
