You can apply for LLB now as well, because LLB has no age limit. For LLB the minimum required is to have 45% marks at your graduation level exam. Since you are not joining right after class 12, you will have to do the 3 year LLB course.

With this much score of 123 marks your percentile score may lie above 90 percentile and you can easily get Civil engineering in the Northeastern NITs and GFTIs like tezzpur university. You can check the last year cutoff of the NIT in your state through the state quota.

As the Jadavpur University does not provide you any course in Civil engineering as they have only BE and ME in civil engineering. And as you are pursuing B.Arch so I think if you want to pursue any course in civil engineering you can do it but remember
