For K-CET document verification, you have to submit the study certificate of every school you’ve studied. Right from your 1st standard primary school to your 10th standard High School. And also from your I and II PUC (11th and 12th).

The HSC registeration number must be the unique number present in your marksheet. If there is no number present in your marksheet , just enter your roll number then , but there must be a registeration number in your marksheet or admit card. Please check both
