Dear student, as you have chose ITI while pursuing your diploma course after class 12, you cannot change your field in middle itself. However, you can do one thing that you can sit for class 12 board exams and then go for mining engineering directly by pursuing BTech.

Yes, Students have to fill educational qualification details, name and address of the school or college. You need to fill in the details of both class 10th and the school in which you are currently studying.

For all higher studies or while getting a job, it is madatory for one to produce their original marlsheets and certificates. As you said, you do not have the original ones, you can create a duplicate marksheet by either filing an FIR in the police station in case
