As you have mentioned you have recently passed class 10 from CBSE boards and want to take humanities for 10+2.
to clarify things there is no such thing like institute like thing in CBSE rather schools which offer humanities after 10th.

What I think is, the cut offs for this current year would be much higher than what you are thinking. I myself have completed my hsc with 64% and I too wanna pursue BMS from a well reputed college. But what I wanna tell you is.. ki I don't think
