Yes , You can . Their are two procedure to join the Indian Navy. One is NDA (National Defence Academy) and another one is Technical Entry . For NDA you have to give exam conducted by UPSC , in which you will have two options to join Indian navy

It is ok to go for advance. But your age should be less than 25. Also you should have passed 12th or any equivalent exam. A candidate gets a maximum of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advanced. Also Candidates should not have appeared for JEE Advanced

If you are thinking to become a scuentist in future then chosing the science stream will be best for you.

If you will choose science as your stream after completing 10 you will be having Physics, Chemistry as your main subjects which will be really helpful for you
