I have passed hsc board exam as private candidate what should I use instead of caste validity certificate for admission

Caste validity will be needed if you want the scholarships given to the category people. If you don't have one you will directly be considered as open category. I dont think there is anything to do with your private admission.

No you can not join a college just after class 10.basic criteria is class 10+2.ie class 12th is necessary.however there are some of the courses which you can pursue like diplomas.

Firstly your percentage in class 12th is too less but it might be a possibility that you should be taken . So search for it aleast. Go for it then think for any other option.
