270+ will get you 90% in CAT but eligibility for IIM is depends on merit list cut off like students cross 99% in ENTRANCE to get admission in IIM.

The college that you can get for CSE actually depends on your category also. So, as I don't know that, i'll tell your chances of being a General category student.

To appear in KVPY, you must secure atleast 75% aggregate marks in mathematics and science. There is a relaxation of 10% marks for SC,ST and Pwd candidates.
