According your Overall score you have the chances for new IIMs but they consider the overall good profile like your Academic record, Sectional cutoff etc. The other options you can have for IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur etc. You can check your further chances with CAT Pathfinder Tool.

Very less chances to be honest based on your academic profile and no work experience. It is better you get some work experience before you go for MBA to strengthen your profile.
The minimum eligibility to get a bachelors degree is 12th pass as you have not done the same so as per UGC norms you are not eligible for udergraduate programs. So I would suggest you to get admission your 12th first and then get admission in UG course.

You will be able to correct the wrong submitted information when the correction facility of JEE Main application form opens tentatively in January 2018. All details can be changed except the name of the candidate, mobile number, email ID and exam mode from CBT to pen & paper.
