There is a total of only 60 seats for the Integrated Msc courses in Maths, Physics, Chemistry & Statistics which was just started an year ago and preference is given for candidates with KVPY. 

The last rank admitted for integrated MSc Photonics in 2017 was 1380 for general

In CUSAT CAT, while choosing course selection,  you dont have to enter your class 12th marksheet. It is not required in the CUSAT. But yes according to the eligibility criteria,  you have to have 50% in mathematics,  and have an aggregate of 50% in mathematics, physics and chemistry taken together.
