if I clear neet in 2023 then so I can give CDS exam and how many chances left please answer quickly

Shivanshu 26th Feb, 2022

Dear exam !

Hope you are doing great ! See,neet and CDS are both different things , neet is for serving the country as a doctor while CDS exam  is for a respectful position in defence,if you clear neet in 2023 then why you need to give CDS exam ,means you will then go to college for mbbs then why are you asking about CDS,don't get distracted from your path ,choose only one career option either CDS or neet ,if you want to be in defence then just finish your graduation in any stream for 3 years and be eligible for CDS exam otherwise clear neet and do mbbs ,keep only one goal and be consistent.

Hope you understand!!

Thanking you

Yogita 31st Mar, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well...!!!

The age related qualification measures for competitors applying for CDS test led by UPSC is:

The applicant should be at max 24 years of age. For OTA Men, it is 25 years. Thus, for CDS-2 2022, you will be 23 years of age and can apply for all courses. Be that as it may, for CDS-1 2023, you will be 24 and hence you are qualified to apply just for OTA-Men.
