Yes, you will still be eligible to appear for Combined Defence Service Examination (CDSE) if you pass in fifth semester after passing in sixth semester. You can apply for CDSE provisionally and appear for the entrance examination but you need pass in all the subjects and obtain the degree

According to CDS Exam eligibility criteria, for Education Qualifications, it states that

Candidates who are studying in the final year/semester Degree course and have yet to pass the final year degree examination can also apply provided candidate should not have any present backlog upto the last semester / year
