Combined Defence Services Examination
Hello,
CDS or combined defense services exam, is a national level exam conducted by union public service commission for recruitment for Naval services, Army , Air force. The eligibility for the same is minimum graduation. Graduation can be done in any discipline jn order to fulfill the eligibility criteria for CDS. Both men and women can take this exam. The candidates that successfully qualify the exam, have to appear for an interview conducted by SSB or services selection board.

The basic qualifications eligibility criteria for all the exam like Afcat ,ssb ,ssc are a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university . And need minimum 60%in the graduation degree.
For air force the eligibility criteria is a engineering degree which you have.
So are eligible for all those exam you have mentioned.

the basic education qualification eligibility of UPSC CDS for the course officers' training academy (OTA - men) is candidate must hold a degree of a recognized university or equivalent and same for officiers training academy (OTA - women , non technical).

The education eligibility criteria to appear in CDS is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board. This is for IMA and OTA for INA a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in Engineering and for IAF a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline or bachelor's degree in Engineering (Must have studied Maths and Physics in 10+2 level) from a recognized board are eligible.

(Educational Qualifications:
(i) For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai — Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy— Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/Institution
(iii) For Air Force Academy—Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

If you are an aspirant to join cds having eyesight -1.5D, then here are some information for you...
The minimum acceptable visual acuity is 6/6 in a better case and worse could be 6/18. The eyesight has to be corrected. Myopia should not be more than -3.5D and Hypermetropia should not be above + 3.5D including astigmatism....and also it's less opportunity for you to join Air force.

Union Public Service Commission conducts combined defense service exam twice per year in order to sign on candidates for "Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy". I will guide you with every little detail you need to know.
I. CDS OTA (Combined Defense Services-Officer Training Academy) till date conducts exam in traditional mode i.e pen-paper mode consisting of objective type questions to assess the English and General Knowledge (excluding mathematics) of an applicant.
II. OTA and IMA a candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. INA requires an engineering degree and AFA candidates must have an engineering degree or have studied math and physics attheir intermediate level.
III. These books that i recommend you will build your base and carry you forward to achieve your goal (you can refer other books too after you understand the basic pattern of the exam)
Also read news papers and magazines to build your awareness.
So the answer to your question is a big YES, you can start your preparations from today and can apply for your exams once you complete your graduation degree .
