you can apply for the cds exam if you have completed your graduation or in the final year of your graduation as per the CDS exam eligibility criteria
Every candidate who is willing to apply for CDS 2020, must have completed their Graduation or at least is appearing for the final exam of the degree. For further details read below:
For I.M.A. and OTA, candidates should have a degree of a university or equivalent degree from institutions that have been recognized by Central/State Government.
For INA( Indian Naval Academy), candidates will need to have a Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/institution.
To apply Air Force Academy, applicants need a degree of a recognized university( with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2) or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

UPSC conducts the Combined Defence Services Exam twice every year. Candidates have to meet different eligibility criteria to appear for the test. The maximum age limit you can apply under CDS Examination is of Officers’ Training Academy and that upto 25 years. This is the maximum age limit beyond which a candidate is not all allowed. Hence you will be eligible to apply for CDS till somewhere by 2022.
PS.: All other posts have maximum age limit less than 25.

You can join Army Institute of technology, pune( 109 NIRF rank) where computer science engineering branch is provided under BTech degree. Degree college doesn't provide any special class for civil or military exam. it has to be you have to learn to manage time to prepare for CDS or AFCAT exam.
you can join any engineering college and prepare for civil exam. all you have to do is manage academic and make out time for practice for exam. if you want coaching then you can take to get the appropriate competitive environment and it will inspire you to work hard.

I will directly list out the Eligibility criteria in Age for CDS 2 2020:
So from this list I say that you are eligible to give the exam but you will not be eligible for the Indian AirForce , Indian Military or the Indian Navy .
But you are only eligible for the Indian Officers Training Academy which is a very respected job.

The CDS exam is conducted twice a year by Union Public service commission. It is held to get recruitment into Indian military academy, Indian Naval academy, Indian Air force academy and officers training academy. The age limit for IMA and INA is 19-24 years, for air force academy it is 20-24 years, for officer's training academy it is 20-25 years.

this is the age criteria for CDS II 2020 - (IMA) unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July 1997 and not later than 1st July 2002
(INA) unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July 1997 and not later than 1st July 2002
(AFA) unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July 1997 and not later than 1st July 2001
(upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENCE issued by
DGCA (INDIA) is RELAXABLE upto 26 years i.e born not earlier than 2nd July 1995 and not later than
1st July 2001) are eligible.
(OTA MEN) unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July 1996 and not later than 1st July 2002
(OTA WOMEN) same as OTA MEN
So you can only apply for OTA. And as the last date for the online application for CDS II 2020 has gone, you can apply for CDS I 2021, but remember and make sure to not miss the CDS I 2021 application as it could be your last attempt for CDS as per your date of birth and the next tentative age criteria.

CDS (combined defense services) exam is conducted for the post of commissioned officers in Navy, Air Force and Army.
This exam is conducted by Union public service commission (UPSC). There are certain eligibility criteria to appear for this exam. And one of the criteria is educational eligibility. The minimum educational qualification to apply for this exam is candidate must possess graduation degree.
So 12th pass out student can not apply for CDS exam. If you wants to give this exam enroll first in any graduation course and after attaining the eligibility you can apply.
