you have not mention your graduation course or stream. if you dont belongs to bachelor in electrical engineering or bachelor courses in physics or mathematics you may apply for below mention post,

The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing the paper of CDS exam 2020 as per the rules of UPSC are that-

1. The person should have age ranging from 19 to 24 years

2. The person must be a citizen of India

3. The person must have completed his graduation.

So, the percentage of 12th doesn't matters. The only thing is that you should satisfy the above minimum requirements.

yes, b.com students can apply for combined defence service. the eligibility for cds ota-Degree of a recognised university or equivalent.In market you found many books of cds preparation but in my opening you can prefer cds pathfinder of arihant .but before going to book you must know about the pattern of the exam by seeing the previous year papers.

but remember after qualifying exam you have to face the ssb interview which includes physical fitness test as well as Personality cum Psychometric tests and Intelligence interview.
