In CDS written exam, for each correct answer in English and General Knowledge, candidates get 1.2 marks while 0.33 marks is deducted for wrong answer and for Elementary Mathematics candidates get 1 marks while 0.33 marks will be deducted for incorrect answer. There is no fixed cutoff of CDS 2 Exam. As per analysis of previous year cutoff candidates who had scored a minimum of 20% in each subject has been declared qualified and called for an SSB Interview. The cutoff score is decided by the Commission. To know more

Yes definitely a medical graduate is eligible for  cds exam. Infact anyone who hold a graduation degree is eligible for cds exam. But here the age factor should be kept it mind.
