Academic record has no correlation with scoring 100 percentile in CAT or any other B School entrance exam. It depends on the hard work that is preperations and the smart work while attempting the exam.

There is no specific CAT percentile to qualify for MICAT. MICA will assign 50% weightage to CAT/XAT/GMAT scores while computing the composite score for shortlisting candidates. Hence, the higher your percentile, better will be your chance to secure admission in MICA.

You should get a call from all IIMs that you have applied to with your scores and provided you get 90-95 percentile. So, I would suggest you start preparing for interviews.

I am assuming you are from general category. A lot depends on your profile. Assuming you have a decent overall profile(85%+ throughout), you will be needing above 99 percentile to get a call for the next round.
