I have uploaded a picture in CAT 2017 form with blue background. What should I do now ?

If you have submitted the form and done the payment then no more correction can be done though there are less chances for the form to get rejected.  Also there are chances of a correction window availablity then you can upload the pic with light or white background preferably.

You have some good Academics, Although for Targeting NITs minimum of 85 percentile is must, For IITs its 90 percentile. But neither of them are recommended except IIT Bombay. Coming to top 5IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, IIFT, SpJain you would need minimum 99 percentile to receive call for further rounds.

I assume you are talking about the courses offered by different IIMs then yes you need to apply for them in your CAT form only.

For CAT, NMAT you are not eligible because as per the criteria officially one needs 50% in graduation if general category and other reserved categories its 45%. So even if you belong to a reserved category you are not eligible.

Work hard and do more practice on the questions you are not able to solve. Just giving mock tests will not work,  rather try to improvise upon the area you are lacking.

You have got decent enough marks and academics so your score can be bit relaxed. Minimum of 99.5 percentile is what is suggested to be in safe side to get a call. Also your GDPI scores will be very important which can make or break your admissions into IIMs. In

Yes you can apply in CAT and other management exams. As per the basic eligibility criteria you need minimum 50% as a general candidate to apply for CAT.
