Dear Karun, you havent mentioned which Category you belong to. Because 50% requirement is for General Catefory and 45% is for Reserved Categories. And CAT 2019 is in November. You havent mentioned when exactly next year would your results be declared. You should have the minimum required aggregate atleast by

To be eligible for CAT, one needs to be passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% for candidates belonging to General Category, however there's relaxation for reserved categories like 45% in case of SC/ST/PWD.
