First of all congrats for securing 29kk rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very less chance of securing good
With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into an NLU or the top colleges under IPU but you can definitely get admission in a good college like
