The eligibility criteria for various colleges to pursue LLM is different. For pursuing LLM through CLAT you need to score a minimum aggregate of 55% in your LLB degree. If You don't fulfil this criteria you can't take admission through CLAT. You can go for other colleges with

There are 17 National Law universities in India and One National Law University Delhi whcih takes admission Through AILET (All India Law Entrance Test ).

In this case, you can continue with your application only. Since you havent paid the fees as well as you havent submitted photo as well as signature, Your form would not have been a final submission. Which means that, you can still upload photo and signature and do

Hello Gauri, atkt in your third year might create some problems for you according to the information brochure provided by the official website.
According to its eligibility criteria for MH- CET law 2019:

Hey aravindh, 

CLAT as you know is also called as Common Law Entrance Test conducted by National Law University , Odisha , Cuttack for admission year 2019-20. It will be admisnisterd offline and the exam is scheduled for 26th MAy 2019. The last date for registration is 15th April 2019.
