Company Secretary
Hi,
The starting salary of a Company Secretary with a zero experience can get between INR 6000-10,000 as a stipend. As you gains experience, you can even earn up to INR 60,000 per month. It also depends at which post you are actually working. can get more details about CS on the following link : https://www.careers360.com/careers/company-s
However, as you have specified earlier, you are not interested in the field , so you have no need to waste your three years. Do not see the salary package offered. Follow your own passion, and you can make much more money in that field.
Hello Mj,
The answer to this question depends on your B-School goal. As you mentioned top b-school , it can either be IIMs or next level good and reputed MBA institutes. If you are aiming only for IIMs then you will have to work really hard and be extremely focused in your preparation, because very few people crack within one or two attempts. Hence if you are confident with your preparation strategies , then you can take up part time work and divide equal time for both comfortably , note that you should be disciplined enough to manage both. Moreover, if you are planning to take up MBA from IIMs then you do not need to do LLB or M.Com as MBA has got wider scope especially when you do it from a premium institution. Even if you are going to seek CAT coaching, part time job will not be a hindrance and once you join MBA you can leave or even continue if your employer is supportive.
You may visit the below link to know about CAT preparation :

Now another scenario is when , your CAT attempts do not fetch you IIMs or other premium institutes, in that case an LLB degree would be a good back up as it has wider job options compared to MCom.Note that you can do MBA from top institutes like Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies or Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in distance mode too if your original plan does not workout. There are E-MBA programmes too which are of high value exclusively for working professionals. More importantly consider your interests and aptitude too towards MBA and Law before taking up.
Therefore, your final decision depends on your dedication and preparation level, how much you can manage at a time , what your future career goals are and your interest towards the subject.

All the best.

Hello,
There is no specific course which will make you eligible for secretary position. First thing company doesn't have secretary. Person at higher position have secretary or PA whose basic skill is multi tasking and good at managing work.
It is always your skill which will be tested every second so that is the only requirement which you will learn though work experience only. it is a stair case post qualified by highly experienced persons and not open for freshers.
Hope it helps!

Hi aspirant,
Their is course called Bachelor in Company Secretary. You join the course, it takes 3 years to complete the course. Payal's commerce academy in Pune and Expro education in Delhi are the colleges in the country.
Hi Aspirants,
I think you should go for M.com (//M.com) because as you said that you have completed you B.com (//B.com) and and going further for CS so in that case i will suggest you to opt M.com (//M.com) .
The difference between M.com (//M.com) and MBA is that, M.com (//M.com) is a course targeting theoretical in the field of commerce. On the other hand MBA is a professional course which focus more on industry requirement and helping student to get a better management job.
So, as per your academic background and and plans M.com (//M.com) is best.
I hope this will information will help you to decide.
Thank you
