Is 16 hour study per day is too much for competition exam?

The number of hours do not matter much only matters the time you are giving to your study should be with quality of study whether it is 16 hours or 5 to 6 hours.

No, there will be no SCRA exam as this exam has been scrapped last year only so there is nothing declared for the same in the event's calender provided by UPSC also.
