Your rank might be around 23000 which is not enough to get CSE in NIT Jalandhar . You need a better rank to get CSE in NIT Jalandhar.


You need to get around 10000 rank to be sure get Computer Science Engineering in NIT Jalandhar.

if a 12th Passed person want to study for Diploma in Computer Engineering will it start from 2nd year (3rd sem) ?

Hey Abhishek,
Yes, you can get Lateral entry into diploma courses after 12th. You will get into 2nd year of diploma. The eligibility is that you should have completed 12th or ITI from a recognised institute and PCM is required in 12th. Diploma colleges have their own minimum marks requirements
