For this score you won't be able to get into any of NITs or IITs or any of good college like DTU, JU etc..

So, you may hope for

well computer science is not necessary for BSC in forensic because computer science is nothing to do with BSc forensic and computer sciences and elective subject that is you can I take any other subject instead of computer science there for you are eligible to take admission into BSc forensic.

You haven't  mentioned the Board exams that you are enquiring about. But in General, if you have failed in one subject and cleared it later, the first marks sheet would show that you failed in that subject and when you clear the subject, you would get an individual marks sheet
