The Scheduled Caste category cutoff for Computer Science varies for different institutions and exams , for example the cutoff rank in IIT Palakkad is 1821 while in Delhi University it can range between 70-79 percentile so you need to check the cutoff as per the specific exam or college

No admission in CSE branch is not possible with 56 percentage.

In government insititutes and reputed private college your score should be above 75 percent.

So it may be possible but i am not sure you will get seat in CSE with 56 percentage.

In government insititutes and reputed private college your score should be above 75 percent.
