I have passed my 10th and 12th from Delhi, my residency is also in Delhi, I have UP domicile do I participate in both the counselling according to my rank in neet 2nd question is Does i rejected in UP counselling bcoz my address in aadhar is delhi

Sankalp Agrawal 25th Oct, 2025

Hello,

Since you have passed 10th and 12th from Delhi and your residency is Delhi, but your domicile is UP, here’s how NEET counselling works:

1. Counselling Eligibility: For UP NEET counselling, your UP domicile makes you eligible, regardless of where your schooling was. You can participate in UP state counselling according to your NEET rank.

2. Delhi Counselling: For Delhi state quota, usually 10th/12th + residency matters. Since your school and residency are in Delhi, you might also be eligible for Delhi state quota, but it depends on specific state rules.

So, having a Delhi Aadhaar will not automatically reject you in UP counselling as long as you have a UP domicile certificate.

Hope you understand.

i was not alloted seat in round 2 of state ayush counselling and now dont want to participate in further round(round 3) how to get csecurity fee back

Rahul Mandal 18th Oct, 2025

Hello,

You can get your security fee back if you did not get a seat in round 2 and do not wish to participate in round 3. The refund will automatically proceed after the counselling process is completed, so ensure the bank account you registered with remains active. You will not need to register again for round 3 if you were not allotted a seat in round 2.

I hope it will clear your query!!

but i have 4 subject marks from nuos but i all ready give cbse boards in 2024 passed but josa accept combine both during counselling

Rahul Mandal 17th Oct, 2025

Hello,

Sorry, but JoSAA does not accept marks from two different boards for the same qualification during counselling. However, you can use your NIOS marks to meet the JEE Main/Advanced eligibility criteria if they are better than your CBSE marks. You can use your NIOS marks for the eligibility check, but when presenting your documents, you may be required to present both marksheets and the one with the higher marks for each subject will be considered.

I hope it will clear your query!!

I have got gmc through AIQ in 2nd round and I have applied for upgradation there so now if I get college in both AIQ and state counselling 3rd round and I want to join state 3rd round college so then can I resign from 2nd round college

Chelsie G 25th Sep, 2025

Yes, if you have secured a seat through AIQ in the 2nd round and are allotted a seat in the 3rd round of state counselling, you can resign from the AIQ seat and join the state seat. Make sure to follow the official resignation process for the AIQ seat and submit it within the deadline to avoid any issues or forfeiture of the security fee. It’s always best to check the official counselling guidelines to complete the process smoothly.

i paass out class 12% from cbse 2025 in which 70.2% /later on i give improvemeent in english and secured exatly 75% in same tyear july 2025. so how to upload marksheet in jee main and advanced and in josaa counselling

Kashish Gautam 19th Sep, 2025

Since you passed Class 12 in 2025 with 70.2% and later improved English in the same year (July 2025) to make it 75% , you have to upload the latest marksheet that shows your improved marks . For JEE Main/Advanced and later JoSAA counselling , NTA and IITs always consider the final result after improvement . During application form filling, you can enter your updated percentage, and at the document upload stage, you should upload:

  • Your original Class 12 marksheet (March/April 2025)

  • Your improvement marksheet (July 2025) showing the revised score

Both documents are important because the improvement marksheet proves your eligibility (75% criteria) while the original shows you passed in the same year. During JoSAA document verification, candidates usually upload both marksheets together in one PDF so that authorities can clearly see the updated percentage.

In short: Use your improved percentage (75%) for eligibility and upload both old + improvement marksheets merged as a single file to avoid confusion.

i gave improvement 2025 and i am using improvement marksheet in uptac counselling , what should i write in school name and passing year when physical reporting

Mallika Thaledder 29th Aug, 2025

If you have already given the improvement exam and want to use the marksheet in UPTAC counselling when physical reporting, you can just mention the name of the school/college mentioned on the marksheet and the passing year printed on it, which is the latest passing year, i.e., 2025.

SOME STUDENTS ARE SAYING THAT THE 47 LPA PACKAGE ARE NOT ON CMAPUS BUT THEY ARE OFF CAMPUS IS IT TRUE ??

Rajesh Reddy 1st Aug, 2025

Yes, the 47 LPA package might have been either off-campus based placement or through pre-placement offer (PPO) and not the college's on-campus drive. A lot of institutions put off-campus offers in the highest amount  of packages. Always confirm placement reports to be clear.

my post is thorthiya and my post office is hathaundha but in jee mains form session 1 by mistake my post is hathaundha . now it cant correct is there any problem in admission counselling. plz reply me

Prachi Kumari 16th Feb, 2025

Hello,

No, a minor mistake in the post name usually does not affect admission or counseling. However, consider the following:

  1. Identity Verification – Ensure your other details (name, DOB, father's name) match official documents.
  2. Communication Issues – If NTA or colleges send documents by post, this may cause a problem.
  3. Correction Not Possible – Since JEE Main form correction is closed, you can explain it later during document verification.
  4. Carry Proof – Keep documents like an Aadhaar card or domicile certificate for clarification.
  5. Contact Authorities – Email NTA or check FAQs for guidance.

Hope you find it useful !
