    Hello Student, if you did not register for the first round of IPU B.Sc . Nursing counselling, whether you can register in Round 2 depends on the current IPU counselling schedule and the specific registration rules for that round. I would not assume that first-round non-registration automatically allows or prevents Round 2 registration.
