CSAB
Dear Aspirant
There are a few things which you should know about OBC Certificate. If your caste name is mentioned in Central List of OBC then your certificate is valid and you can get a seat under OBC category.
Also coming to the format part, You can upload the certificate which you are having at the moment, if there is any issue regarding the format of your Certificate then your certificate will be rejected and you will be considered a General category student and you will be allotted seat under General category.
Hope this helps.
Hello Aspirant,
On such CRL rank you can get few NITs with CSE branch if and only if you either deserves female quota or reservation quota of SC or ST category otherwise not. So if you belongs to General category then you have no chance to get any of the NITs with CSE branch in CSAB counselling.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of CSAB as given below :-
https://admissions.nic.in/csabspl/csabsplresult/result/CurrentORCR.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main score, category and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

On such rank I would recommend you to either go for IIITs or some GFTIs as now only last round is remaining of CSAB counselling or you can go for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck for your future!!
Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned you are not wanting to go for special round 2 so you can freeze the option or simply just let it be because if you will not get anything in special round 2 also then your josaa seat will be your final allotment and you need not worry about that.
For more information you can check out the link given below-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/csab/amp
Unfortunately, now you cannot get the seat allotted in JOSAA 6th round because once you enter the CSAB special round counselling then you are no more eligible for any allotment of JOSAA that had allotted to you earlier. So now you have only option either leave the CSAB counselling and try for other state counselling or the seat whichever is allotted to you, accept it or if you want, you can take a drop as well if you are eligible for JEE-Main 2022, the eligibility can be checked by the link given below :-
You can read more about CSAB counselling from the article given below :-
CSAB 2021 Registration (Started) - Dates, Fee, Documents, Choice Filling, Reporting, Seat Matrix (careers360.com)
Good Luck!!
Any type of annexure or form has to be submitted at the time of your first physical/online reporting for example in case you are allotted a seat in any of rounds of josaa then you have to submit all the forms required for reporting or if you are allotted a seat for the first time in csab then also you are required to submit all the forms but if you were allotted a seat in josaa and had successfully reported within time and then if you participate in csab and are allotted a seat then you don't need to submit all forms once again.
Hey there,
Hope you are doing well. So here's the answer to your query...
See I dont know how much you have ranked in your csab exam that you are fearing so much for it. If you have made a mindset to join a college under csab then sit for the counselling and do the further processes if your rank fetches you a college provided you are willing to take up admission in that college as well then go ahead like this. But if you want to get top colleges and your marks arent upto mark then you must prepare yourself in one year by giving a drop and reappearing. Now coming to your josaa college since you have paid partial fees they would give you a certain period of time to pay the whole but I dont know how you paid the partial amount since as far as I know if you dont pay the full money to the board then it wont be accepted so hence you will be loosing your seat at the end. So make a mindset towards one particular way nd go ahead accordingly.
Hello,
Hope you are doing well! Here is your answer!
You should send email to consumer complaint team they will help you help.consumercomplaints@gmail.com.
If you are retaining your Josaa seat, then you have to give only Rs.2000 as participation fees for participating in CSAB special round counseling. Now, out of this fees, Rs.2000 is processing charges, and is non refundable . As you have paid the seat acceptance fees in josaa counseling, then it is refundable . As per rules of josaa - if a candidate has exercised withdraw option then he/she will not be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment.
Generally refunds will be reflected within a period of 7-8 Days in Case of Net Banking/Debit Card Transaction & 15-30 Days (Next Billing Cycle) for Credit Card Transactions.
Hope it helps!
Thank you!

JoSAA 2021 registration and choice filling process is mandatory for any qualified candidate interested in joining any of the IITs, NITs, IIITs (Triple-I-Ts) and Other-GFTIs (within the purview of JoSAA)
If you fail to complete any of the three steps of online reporting for seat acceptance, your allocated seat will be cancelled, and you will no longer be able to participate in the seat allocation process, that is why it's important to fill the last seat too for safety.
