    Hello,

    I suggest you to go for new IIITs, Northeast NITs in the CSAB special rounds, where your chances are good to get top branches like CSE/IT since special rounds are quite unpredictable and you may end up getting quite good college and branch in it.

    In Csab special round while during registration you can fill the correct information.You can also edit the information in jee mains application during its correction window but it will be charged further.But unfortunately the correction window is not available and you have also done the registration for the Csab

    Yes through any bank, CSAB Special Round participating candidates MUST pay participation fee (of Rs. 37000/- for GEN, GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL and Rs. 17000/- for SC, ST, PwD candidates) through online mode by clicking the link given on the CSAB portal as per the schedule.     See CSAB is the board which conducts the counselling for those seats which are left vacant after JOSAA Counselling and let me make you clear that in CSAB Counselling no category rank is considered, only your CRL rank will be taken into consideration for the allotment of seats

    If I do registartion for EWS category then for CSAB Round 1 counselling, will I be considered for OP category. In published seat availability for CSAB I am seeing very few colleges have seat available for EWS category. Does that mean I will loose the chance in those colleges if I apply for EWS?
