See for government seats of private colleges you must have domicile of that state where the institutions is located other wise you would not be eligible for government seats of those private colleges now for Deemed universities there is no any kind of government or management quota seat neither there is any kind of reservation so if you are seeking admission in deemed universities then you have to appear for NEET UG AIQ counselling conducted by MCC and for government seats of private college you can apply for the state quota counselling of your respective state.
If you are concerned for counselling of this session then it is under process and within few days registration for round 2nd of NEET UG AIQ counselling will begin then you can apply for deemed university counselling through it and if you are already registered for counselling then there is no need to register again.

Being a medicine aspirant if you are seeking admission in MBBS/BDS courses offered by Deemed Universities then you should be of PCB background in 10+2 with English as your language subject, then while appearing for class 12th examination or if you have already passed the class 12th examination you have to appear for NEET UG examination. On the basis of your NEET UG score AIQ (All India Quota) counselling will be conducted by MCC for deemed universities so once you get your NEET UG result and you qualify it then you become eligible to appear for NEET UG AIQ counselling. So then you will have to register for NEET UG counselling and there 4 rounds will be conducted in which Round 1st, 2nd and 3rd(i.e. mop-up round) shall be conducted by MCC whereas 4th round which is called as Stray vacancy round will be conducted by the deemed university itself for remaining vacant seats.

Based on the previous year cut off and the merit list recently released, you might have chances of getting into the following colleges-

Yes you can definitely join round 2nd counselling for deemed universities but note that after round 2nd if you do not get any seat then you can take exit but your security money will not be refunded because it will get forfeited and also for deemed universities you will have to pay the security money of Rs. 2,00,000/-.

In the second round have not the opportunity of upgradation fecility. Also such candidate not have the opportunity to vacat all India quota seat. So there is no chance for you to take part in state counselling for management quota. We want to seek management quota admission have to wait for another year and have to appear for NEET UG exam in the next year. Appease yourself by taking the seat have been allotted for you for MBBS course.

Unfortunately answer is no. There is no ang government quota seat in deemed university. Only private university has government quota.
