Hi
Unfortunately I too done the same mistake.. So, i would like to know how you dealt with it..
Hello aspirant,
There is a reset initialization option at the registration page where the candidate can reset the previously filled quota choice and fill the particular again and then proceed for registration. This facility is provided only once. However, the candidate has to make new registration with full payment of fees after using the RESET option. This information is stated on the official brochure of MCC.
The RESET facility will be provided to candidates after 6 pm of 21.1.22 to 11 am of 24.1.22
Hope it helps!
Mop up round is done to fill vacant seats in 15 percent all India quota.
These seats are in hand of respective states and states can look after those vacant seats.
Once, second round of counseling is done, list of vacant seats are released by NTA and then registration starts for Mop up round
Deemed universities can give these seats under management quota.
Yes, you have to apply for Mop up round on mcc.nic.in
Best of luck

Hopefully I have answered your doubt.
Yes, you can take part in both government as well as deemed universities as they both come under All India Counselling. If you wish to apply for both, other than the application fee of INR 5000, you will have to pay INR 2,00,000 as a security fee and will be adjusted in your first-year fee if you get allotted a deemed college or refunded if not allotted any (only after the counseling is over)
Hope you are doing great...!!
