When will reset initialisation option be available for Neet UG counselling. I chose AIQ by mistake, and want to choose deemed university instead but there is no option to edit. Please help me know my options

Karishma Sawhney 23rd Jan, 2022

Hello aspirant,

There is a reset initialization option at the registration page where the candidate can reset the previously filled quota choice and fill the particular again and then proceed for registration. This facility is provided only once. However, the candidate has to make new registration with full payment of fees after using the RESET option. This information is stated on the official brochure of MCC.

The RESET facility will be provided to candidates after 6 pm of 21.1.22 to 11 am of 24.1.22

Hope it helps!

can we apply for deemed university in the mop up round separately or do we have to apply for it now in neet ug councelling?

Pragya sarwaiya 21st Jan, 2022

Hi

Mop up round is done to fill vacant seats in 15 percent all India quota.

These seats are in hand of respective states and states can look after those vacant seats.

Once, second round of counseling is done, list of vacant seats are released by NTA and then registration starts for Mop up round

Deemed universities can give these seats under management quota.

Yes, you have to apply for Mop up round on mcc.nic.in

Best of luck

Can I apply for both aiq and deemed university seats in neet ug counselling at the same time ?

Karishma Sawhney 16th Jan, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Yes, you can take part in both government as well as deemed universities as they both come under All India Counselling. If you wish to apply for both, other than the application fee of INR 5000, you will have to pay INR 2,00,000 as a security fee and will be adjusted in your first-year fee if you get allotted a deemed college or refunded if not allotted any (only after the counseling is over)

Hope it helps!

Rajni 24th Feb, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing great...!!

As the NEET Score Required is around 510+ for RRMC Bangalore it's under R.G.H.U

Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital Bangalore

General: Rs 1.98 Lakhs  Management Quota: 38.12 Lakhs

According to the last year's NEET Score and college which you have referenced there are opportunities to get a seat on the off chance that NEET Marks are:-

Karnataka state house like M.S Ramaiah, Kempegowda Inst,

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore,

M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore.

According to last year's admissions with the last position conceded in different colleges.

Hope this helps you!

All the best!!
