what option should choose for ug level qualification? in snap exam i havent completed my degree yet and options are... 1st is appeared and 2nd is degree in degree option they are asking cgpa but not in first what option is better bcoz final result not out yet

Purbayan Chatterjee 1st Oct, 2021

Hello Shruti,

Hope you are doing all good. If you're pursuing a degree, then you need to choose the degree option in the SNAP form. Don't worry, if you have not completed your degree yet, calculate your CGPA till date (i.e. the CGPA you have until now) and put it in the respective space.

Now, this College CGPA / 10th-12th marks play an important role to categorize aspirants. If your final year marks doesn't change your entire CGPA substantially, you will have no problem.

In case, it does, you'll need to contact the respective people via email stating your current CGPA after release of final year results.

You will face no problem, thereof.

Hope this was helpful.

i want to become ias officer in science so what degree i want to make

Ayush Maurya 17th Dec, 2021

Hello there

As I can see you have written I want to become an IAS Officer in science so in Science you can't be an IAS officer it must be mistaken when you have written might. Ok so let's come to the question of yours that in which degree I should do my graduation.

To become an IAS officer you have to give UPSC CSE examination and in that eligibility is only to have graduate from any recognised University in which every stream doesn't matters. So I want to tell you that you can do your graduation in which stream you want it into which you feel interested and can devote much of the time without getting bored and with that start your preparation of UPSC CSE examination and with great work and dedication you can excel in that.

Or you can also do Bachelor in Arts as most of the syllabus coincide with UPSC CSE examination and it will help you you in your preparation during graduation onwards.

I hope it helps you!

Thank you!
