You may get ECE there as the 2019 cutoff for this branch is 32385 and just after a year i.e. in the year of 2020 the cutoff jumps to 13373 directly, so anything can happen here. you must try for the course.

As you have mentioned that you have got 53k rank in JEE mains and taking into consideration you are aiming to take admission through delhi counselling jac.
As the college mentioned by you let me tell you that the cut off stays very higher even for the Delhi candidates claiming the state quota.
You may hope for biotechnology but I would recommend to go for other colleges.

With reference to your query, I would glad to inform you that getting admission in delhi university is quite difficult with this percentage but you can apply for guru gobind singh indraprastha university for bcom honors because you need minimum 50percentage to be eligible for their entrance exam IPU-CET . Morover you can for AMITY UNIVERSITY which is also very prestigious
