D.M.
Hello aspirant,
Internal medicine is a field of practice concentrated on treating adults. Doctors prevent, identify, and treat diseases that affect all adults, from chronically ill patients, to short time care. On an average the salary is around 1.5 lakh per month and varies depending on where you work, how hard you work , years of experience and extra qualification. An experienced MD in internal medicine can earn 4–5 LPM , while a fresher may get 1–1.2 LPM. It is not necessary to do DM after one completes MD, but one can do it if he wants to have more salary.
Hope this helps,
All the Best!!
Dear learner,
Doctor of medicine is super speciality course regarding on particular subject which is done after md that is post graduation (masters ) so people thinks quite long procedure but if you have passion. Its 100% worthit, As dm gets 4 lakhs per month and md gets 2 lakhs per month its not about the value of money but about the value of knowledge that gives quality treatment to patients .
dm duration is 3 years and is done after completion of md which is 3 years so total will be 6 years, after 5 years of mbbs , no worries you can joyfully complete by even working at hospital that is why called dm is equivalent to fellowship training .
the number of degrees as a suffix by your name the value of respect and knowledge will be , huh just saying , this is all up to you, decide what is good enough for you .
All the best .

See if you do DM then you will get more opportunities in the field of research as well as clinical facilities. But this doesn't mean that being an MD you have nothing to do and you can't earn. Being an MD also you can earn around Rs. 90k-1L per month being a physician in any Hospital. This is the minimum pay in general the annual packages remains to be about Rs 20 LPA which is great.
I hope this helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

The job profile for both of the IAS and IPS services is very broad and both are posted on the powerful posts, An IPS has only the responsibility of its department, An IPS can change rules, for protecting the country and making the situation safe for all, but an IPS officer can take action after a complaint has been logged, but an IAS has the responsibility of all the departments of the district only. An IAS is a part of the administrative setup. They generally handles governmental affairs and public administration. An IAS generally holds designations like cabinet secretary, undersecretary, joint secretary etc. An IAS officer can take action against a problem without any complaint being logged.
All the very best for your future
