The minimum requirement to be endocrinologist is MBBS and MD.DM in Endocrinology after MD is just a choice of higher studies. DM is a super specialty degree done after post graduation.

There is a good scope after md in general medicines in India. You can get a job in various fields like assistant professor, bacteriologist, general medicine consultant, product manager, house officer/RMO, gynaecologist, physiologist, broad specialist, obstetrician, general surgeon, etc.
After doing md you can expect a salary between 1-12 lakh per month. It will totally depend on your skills, the organization with which you are working and your years of experience.
After completing MD/MS, it is almost a requirement to pursue DM/M.Ch, as PG places and competition are increasing every year.

Until unless you are not from OBC--ncl category, you can apply by caste certificate issued by state government, whether it is issued by Tehsildar or SDO level. But if you belong to OBC-NCL category, then you would need the caste certificate issued by the central government only.

You have not mentioned for which category you have applied in XAT. For General category XAT cut offs for 2021 admission are expected to be around 32.5-33.5 marks for PGDM-BM and 30-31 marks for PGDM-HRM course of XLRI Jamshedpur.
So you can expect XLRI on your this rank. You can also expect your percentile between 90-94 percentile as per the expected cuoff of 2021. The cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors.

The Placements in Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, is not that much! Most of the students do not get placed here. The average salary is Rs. 3 lakhs/year. You must search for a job outside campus after the completion of the Course. Even for Internships, you must find it on your own!
