Hello ma’am,
Students of AIIMS are not eligible for any state quotas unfortunately. You can only contest for the (AIQ) All India Quota seats, which are 50% of the total available seats.
Please do note that there have been revisions in the reservations given so check what % of seats are available for your category and apply accordingly.
Wishing you the best of luck!

Assuming you a general category student
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then

you hold a low chance to get a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi
For example,
in neet 2020, 638 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi under Delhi state quota .
You can check the same at

----------) K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru:- 491 marks
----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks
----------) Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi:- 479 marks
And a few more

Yes, you require to submit the domicile certificate of the state you belong to and completed your 12th from. I think you should at least apply for domicile certificate and get the registration slip. That can be shown to the authorities and probably they will give some time to submit original certificate.
In compare to haryana state cut off marks for Gen category, your score is low.
Neet 2020 Lowest cut off for Gen category in haryana State was 600 marks in Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar.
This year college will compartively go somewhere low but not at your expected marks. You may try for govt BDS college.
Although you have good chance of getting private colleges in haryana State.
