sir, I am a resident of DELHI with Delhi domicile but I did my MBBS from AIIMS,new Delhi . Am I not eligible for any state quota in neet pg 2021 counseling ?

Priya Bansal 18th Sep, 2021

Hello ma’am,

Students of AIIMS are not eligible for any state quotas unfortunately. You can only contest for the (AIQ) All India Quota seats, which are 50% of the total available seats.

Please do note that there have been revisions in the reservations given so check what % of seats are available for your category and apply accordingly.

Wishing you the best of luck!

i have secured 91 percentile in jee mains and my domicile certificte from Haryana with EWS. please guide me any chance admission in any stream in NIIT Kurushetra .

Anurag Khanna 9th Aug, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 92070 - 103500 , you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

Or

You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that :-

Closing EWS rank for NIT Kurukshetra was :-

  • Production and Industrial Engineering branch - 8184 (Home state quota)

And your EWS rank is expected to be around 13000-15000.

So you have quite low or almost no chances to get NIT Kurukshetra with any of the branch even if you have Home state quota.

But yes if you improve your percentile in further session of JEE-Main like around 96+ then you might have a shot at NIT Kurukshetra.

You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

i am a domicile girl can i get lhmc in 530 in 2021

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 17th Sep, 2021

Hi

Assuming you a general category student

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then

>>>>> with 530 marks

you hold a low chance to get a seat in  Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi

For example,

in neet  2020, 638 marks  for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in  Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi under Delhi state quota .

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-du

You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-

----------) JSS Medical College, Jagadguru:- 528 marks

----------) Symbiosis , Pune:- 528 marks

----------) K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru:- 491 marks

----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks

----------) Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi:- 479 marks

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year  due to   many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in   which you have to chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

For medical admission, do we need domicile certificate for student or parent in Bangalore. Kid was born outside Karantaka, but studied 1st standard to 12th in Karnataka - Viswa

Shrinivas Tayade 17th Sep, 2021

Yes, you require to submit the domicile certificate of the state you belong to and completed your 12th from. I think you should at least apply for domicile certificate and get the registration slip. That can be shown to the authorities and probably they will give some time to submit original certificate.

I am expecting 555 marks in NEET 2021, can I get into a government medical college in Haryana, under BC A category? I have haryana domicile too.

rajeevanand843 16th Sep, 2021

Hello aspirant

In compare to haryana state cut off marks for Gen category, your score is low.

Neet 2020 Lowest cut off for Gen category in haryana State was 600 marks in Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar.

This year college will compartively go somewhere low but not at your expected marks. You may try for govt BDS college.

Although you have good chance of getting private colleges in haryana State.

You can check haryana state college cut off ranks from link below
