If you have a seat allotment through counselling then it is confirmed. Choose wisely and do correctly your choice feeling. Yes, You need to concentrate more on CET Exam and keep a target of 98-99 percentile to get to top colleges in Maharashtra like COEP Pune, VJTI Mumbai, WCE Sangali, VIT Pune. These colleges are really good and offer more opportunities.

You must be aware that KMC,Manipal admission happens through AIQ counselling. There is no role of Karnataka domicile.
You have scored very much good marks in neet2021. You can get many good govt. Medicalc at this mark through Karnataka state counselling.
Although you have definitely sure chance to get KMC, Manipal at your marks. So don't worry about that you have very good chances.

Yes you can get in VIT as you will be considered of TN domicile as well but some criterias need to be fulfilled.
