Considering you are from obc category and you have got 157 marks out of 720 , i dont think there is a good chance to get into any government ayurvedic College as your marks is too low and not even your category will help you out. Even if you get you would not get a good college.

You do not need to have document proof while applying for the counselling, but you need to have your domicile certificate during the counselling document verification phase. Using the affidavit you can apply for the domicile certificate.

Class 12 marksheet and Certificate

NEET UG 2020 admit card and result/scorecard.

Rajasthan state domicile certificate (for Rajasthan candidate only).

If they rejected your caste certificate for some valid reason then you must get it corrected if possible. Once your caste certificate is rejected then you cannot use the same afterwards for admission in same college. If you are seeking admission in any other college then you can try giving the same certificate, may be it gets accepted.

No, domicile and residence certificate are not same. Domicile certificate is certificate of place of birth or permanent place where a person belongs to. Whereas a  Residence certificate is a certificate for present address of the person. Domicile certificate is of permanent nature whereas residence certificate may change over time and a person might have multiple residence certificate.

Seeing the last few year cutoffs, I am afraid but getting a seat at IIIT Bhopal at this rank is very tough. OBC Rank of 25000 is very low if you are aiming for IIIT Bhopal in IT Branch. I am afraid to tell you that probably you should look for some other college or branch.
