As you said that aadhar and voter cards of your parents have different addresses,nowadays aadhar card is basically is treated as your address proof identity and it would be required generally for making your domicile certificate and i think it won't affect if you have a different address in your voter card.

Yes, for studying in a private college or university there is no such requirements of domicile certificate. But if there was a goverment college, then domicile certificate of that particular state in which the college is situated. But for private college you can easily take on the basis of aadhar card.
And make sure that you clear the entrance exam for that college or the state entrance exam.
