You haven't specified the exam so a prediction is difficult. Please do mention the entrance exam and course you are looking for so that we can help you. Generally, a domicile or resident certificate has life long validity. However, some state authorities have restricted its validity depending on the purpose for which it has been asked for so it's better to check the guidelines before submitting the domicile certificate. It is better to take a new one.

If you got 583 marks you have chance to get government seat in mbbs in state quota. Candidates who belong to OBC catagory required at least 580 to 590 marks for getting government medical college.

To be a domocile of Maharashtra, you have to born in that particular state or should have resided their for 15 years or more than that. As you are born in Maharashtra, so you can avail the home state (85%) quota in Maharashtra. You have to produce your birth certificate during counselling time to justify that you were born in Maharashtra.
To apply for maharashtra state medical counselling the Candidates should be a domicile of Maharashtra state or staying in the state for minimum of 10 years.
As you have domicile of maharashtra state you can apply for maharashtra state counselling.

On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any GMC even with management seat in Rajasthan under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. You rank is not that much good dear. And you didn't mention your examination. So i assume thay you given CLAT. But if you give another examination it's very difficult to clear your question.
But i go for clat and some give you some suggestions.
With this it's quite impossible to get top NLU but you can get any private law college.

generally students name and parents name mentioned in 10th pass certificate is considered to check the spelling of the candidature, so your fathers name and your name is same as in 10th certificate and neet application forms then I suppose it would have no issue. however it would be best to send an email or contact with exam authority relating your confusion regarding name spellings.
