Congratulations for getting good rank in JEE mains 2020. According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very less possibilities of getting admission in HBTU. As this is the one of the best institution of UP so that the cut offs for this college are generally very high.
The closing rank for EWS category for the least branches such as plastic technology or leather technology are nearly between 60000 to 70000. So you have very less chances but as cut offs may vary year to year you can try for it.

Please see that the cut off for general category goes higher than 90 so it is slightly not possible to get into NLUs with your marks; with respect to the previous year trends. Also the cut off and ranks change every year and is subject to number of factors.
