Anyways, you can get any college irrespective of your domicile through All India Quota Counselling process. As far as Dayanand Medical College , Punjab is concerned, if you have enough marks to qualify the required cut off, then surely you can secure a seat in this college.

If the student has domicile of Kerala, he can apply for Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges of Karnataka, Tamilnadu. But he will not be able to exercise the rights of his Category. He will have to apply for counseling only under General Category or Open merit.
